Training
NRPP Training Opportunities
In addition to post-doctoral and pre-doctoral training, the NRPP actively provides a number of other venues for training in Proteomics and Proteome Informatics:
- A monthly workshop on running searches and interpretation of results.
- Hands-on training on specific techniques, including 2D gel electrophoresis, 2D image analysis, blue native gels, preparative IEF, protein chemistry, mass spectrometry. Contact one of the NRPP investigators here.
- 3 to 6 month internships for in-depth proteomics training (can target your specific biological problem). Contact one of the NRPP investigators here.
- On-line resources that include Methods and training materials on various aspects of proteomics and proteome informatics.
